Jentek Water Treatment, Inc. is growing and we are seeking top-tier talent to support our growth strategy. We offer exceptional career opportunites in major metropolitian areas as Water Performance Engineers. Our engineers design and manage chemical water treatment programs and related controls for industrial heating and cooling systems. Water Performance Engineers require excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical information to all levels and backgrounds of clientele. This person will spearhead sales and service of new and existing accounts in their designated territory while concurrently building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.

Position Responsibilities |
- Survey and assess client needs to control utility consumption
- Protect capital equipment, maximize plant efficiency and deliver the highest standard of service to our clients
- Strategically manage client accounts by identifying needs, customizing and implementing water strategies, and assessing water conservation options
- Optimize system efficiencies through analysis and interpretation of system data
- Provide routine preventative maintenance services; inspection, cleaning, and calibration of system components as necessary
- Act as a liaison between clientele and Jentek Water Treatment, Inc. through the development of hazard prevention plans, generating new business opportunities and establishing a meaningful impact through green chemistry and LEED
- Performing other administrative related duties

- Solve tangible and intangible problems
- Manage multiple priorities
- Conduct on-site surveys to address client needs
- Develop presentations and prepare proposed solutions
- Run wet chemistry tests to ensure systems are within target parameters
- Analyze data and graphs to optimize system efficiencies
- Track and report client return on investments

Qualifications |
- BA/BS preferred in science or engineering fields
- Associates degrees may be considered when coupled with 5 or more years of experience2 or more years of industrial sales or service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Individual must have the ability to problem solve/evaluate mechanical situations and make appropriate adjustments to correct problems as they develop
- Strong mechanical aptitudeA “Do-It-Yourself” nature
